Any year from 88-04, the real truck versions, not the later thetas. The first-gen XL7 counts, too, because at the time it was the only 7-passenger vehicle with a manual transmission sold in the US.
I like these more than I should.

The Xl-7 had a manual? Much surprise. Much, sudden like for one.

Yeah it's awesome. I don;t know how many manual XL7's are out there, but the total is indeed greater than zero.
Here are two for sale on Auto Trader right now
and
a black cherry XL7 in Washington State

I never own one. But i once drive the Sidekick from 90's, and that's a really good car.
And XL7 is really rooomy, but feels huge, so i prefer the sidekick.

I've driven the XL7 manual. It was a turd, not at all responsive, engine wheezed and wheezed and never really made it go any faster. I dated a girl in college who had the GV with the same drivetrain, and it was alright. Not fast or anything, but reasonably fun. My favorites are the earlier Sidekick/Trackers, the 2dr without the removable top. I have no idea why, but I'll have one someday
